With vast experience in mediation and vocational training, Nicoleta Munteanu became our associate attorney at law in 2006.
She is well known for her advisory capabilities in terms of complex projects, providing legal information and viewpoints in respect to investment strategies, legal frameworks and contract law. Nicoleta got involved in a broad range of complex transactions including but not limited to merger&acquisitions, takeovers, shareholding projects, structured investments and financing projects.
Nicoleta is recognized for her knowledge in terms of capital markets but also in terms of insolvency. She is currently partner of Euro Insol SPRL.
