The procedure stipulated by law no. 85/2006 regarding the insolvency procedure, represents an instrument that wants to be equal between the insolvency debtor and his creditors, meant to give the best solutions regarding the debtor’s insolvency state.

This law addresses to all merchants, physical or juridical persons, and less to credit institutions and insurance societies that benefit of special laws.
